　　Farmer Muthu won a tractor as the first prize from a private financial investment scheme. He sold his livestock to buy various tractor accessories. A few months later, he discovered that the tractor was under a bank loan. Muthu tried to sell the tractor but couldn’t because it was hypothecated by the bank. He then faced numerous challenges in making the monthly payments.
