剧情讲述科学家雅伦博士发明了一种具有人类智能的计算机，却不料此计算机竟然反过来控制他的妻子，而且将她强奸，并生出一个金属片包裹着的婴儿。朱莉．克里斯蒂、弗里兹．威弗等在此片中表现尚可，可惜受到了剧情和题材的限制，给人印象不是很深刻，欣赏性也大打折扣。
