美国著名科幻女作家厄休拉·勒吉恩的短篇小说《九条命》将被搬上大银幕。汤姆·巴斯登(《罗马三贱客》)、斯里·罗德斯操刀剧本，斯里·罗德斯执导，制片盖文·汉姆菲尔斯([针垫女孩])。这部科幻黑色喜剧主角是两个在月球基地辛苦劳作的工人，他们对人类公司的希望随着十个克隆人的到来而破灭。厄休拉·勒吉恩的多部小说都曾被改编成电影，最近一部则是吉卜力2006出品的[地海传说]。厄休拉·勒吉恩于今年年初去世，享年88岁。
