《少年飞鱼录〉以明朝为背景，明朝初起，明太祖朱元璋设立锦衣卫亲军指挥使司，后分设南北镇抚司。锦衣卫沿袭多年的锦衣飞鹰储备军计划从这里开始。7位少年被一起选入羽少营，从刚开始的互相拆台，到后来磨炼的过程中逐渐变为生死兄弟7人终于认识到团结合作的意义，最终成为锦衣飞鹰，并为国肩负使命。《少年飞鱼录》一改其基调沉重、色彩浓艳的江湖血腥主旋律，从飞鹰训练营入手，以少年的视角讲述锦衣卫学徒出阵的过程，为观众呈现出一幕幕精彩纷呈的热血故事。
