《新僵尸叔叔》承接了《僵尸叔叔》的剧情，主要讲述了对爱情专一的军队副帅祁俊奕因陪大帅回乡祭祖偶然回到了自己曾经的故乡，暂时住进了养满僵尸的道观之中。祁俊奕触景生情想到了自己两小无猜的结发妻子依依，可是依依早已去世。祁俊奕日日含泪思念，这一切都被化为鬼魂的依依看在眼里，最终依依被祁俊奕的真情感动，现身告诉了祁俊奕实情。谁知就在两人重逢不久后村里就出现了千年古尸，为了保护祁俊奕，依依与僵尸展开了一场恶斗......
