学友光年世界巡回演唱会，是香港歌手张学友在2007年及2008年期间于世界各地开展的一次巡回演出活动，这次演唱会在内地称为“张学友好久不见中国巡回演唱会”。2007年2月18日于美国的拉斯维加斯开演，途经世界多个国家，著名城市，演唱会均引起抢票热潮，且在多地出现门票供不应求的情况。演出共进行105场，是华人歌手举办演唱会规模最大的一次，超过他1995年进行的100场世界巡回演唱会的记录。此演唱会记录在亚洲范围内史无前列。
