吾皇绍祖烈，天下再太平。诏下诸郡国，岁贡乡曲英。元和五年冬，房公尹东京。功曹上言公，是月当登名。乃选二十县，试官得鸿生。群儒负己材，相贺简择精。怒起簸羽翮，引吭吐铿轰。此都自周公，文章继名声。自非绝殊尤，难使耳目惊。今者遭震薄，不能出声鸣。鄙夫忝县尹，愧慄难为情。惟求文章写，不敢妒与争。还家敕妻儿，具此煎炰烹。柿红蒲萄紫，肴果相扶檠。芳荼出蜀门，好酒浓且清。何能充欢燕，庶以露厥诚。昨闻诏书下，权公作邦桢。文人得其职，文道当大行。阴风搅短日，冷雨涩不晴。勉哉戒徒驭，家国迟子荣。
