麻生ゆき（片平なぎさ）は、変装しての潜入捜査を得意とする警視庁特別捜査班の刑事。同僚の新川豪太刑事（西岡徳馬）と組んで数々の事件を解決に導いている。ある日、特別捜査班に、「聖亜病院で患者が殺されている」との密告電話が入る。そこで看護師資格を持つゆきが、ナースに変装して聖亜病院に潜入する。だが、ナースの実務勤務が皆無に近いゆきは失敗ばかりして、師長の河合頼子（木野花）から疑いの目を向けられてしまう。
