　　Policeman Di Jun faces the Chinese triads, the yakuza, and the Spanish mafia, in an attempt to prevent them from taking control of the city. But Di Jun will have the unexpected help of Molly, a mysterious woman who discovers herself as a witch, and who will lead Di Jun to an imaginary and bloody mission. The magic witch and Di Jun will face a common enemy to save the city.
