一个万圣节的雨夜，雷蒙Raymond（帕特里克·于阿尔饰）酗酒的母亲突然在他的车中去世。同样饮酒过度的雷蒙把母亲抛在了路边的一条沟里。事后雷蒙心有悔意，就给已有十多年没有见面的演员妹妹安热勒（朱莉·勒布雷东饰）Angèle打电话，要她回来一同帮助寻找母亲的尸体。他们找到尸体并带回到家里，准备埋在院子里，可是，却发现这具死尸并不是他们母亲的……
